Due to Covid 19 restrictions, unlocks for Huawei can take up to 20 working days where codes need to be requested from the manufacturer. This is across the board on all Huawei devices.
Please note we are unable to cancel or change any orders once processed until the 20 working days has passed. Please do not submit Huawei orders for unlocking unless you are prepared to wait the 20 working days.
Our official Huawei unlocks are processed remotely - we send off the device IMEI for a calculated unlock code to input on your device.
Once the unlock is completed, your device is then unlocked for good and you're free to use it on any network.
Some of them do take longer than others, we'll notify you once it's completed. All you need to do is pop in your new SIM card and enter the provided unlock code when requested.

O2 / Tesco Unlocks
These unlocks usually take between 1 and 3 working days. On occasions, it can take up to 5 working days.
EE / BT / Virgin Media / T-Mobile / Orange Unlocks
These unlocks usually take between 1 and 2 working days. On occasions, it can take up to 10 working days.
Vodafone
These unlocks usually take between 1 and 3 working days. On occasions, it can take up to 5 working days.
Once an unlock has been submitted, we are unable to cancel for any reason. Our times stated are how long they 'usually take' and on occasion take a little longer.
Occasionally the network unlocking servers are unavailable and can cause an extra delay in unlocking your device - we'll always try and keep you updated with any delays.
We're unable to speed up the process or ask for an update until the unlock is overdue. Please only ask for an update if it is past the expected unlock time.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
