NOT SURE WHICH MODEL YOU HAVE?
Identify my device
A few letters and numbers are all we need. Enter your iPhone or iPad model number to find your device.
Where do I find my model number?
iPhone or iPad: open Settings → General → About. Tap Model Number to reveal A followed by four numbers.
Samsung phone or tablet: open Settings → About phone or About tablet. Enter the full model number, such as SM-S928B.
Google Pixel: open Settings → About phone → Regulatory labels. Look for the G-code, such as GPJ41. Pixel 6 and newer phones are included.
Apple Watch: in the Watch app on your iPhone, open My Watch → General → About. Tap Model Number to reveal the A-number. The result identifies the watch series; check your case size separately.
MacBook: open Apple menu → About This Mac → More Info → System Report. In Hardware Overview, copy the Model Identifier, such as MacBookPro18,1. Use this identifier rather than the A-number printed on the case, which may cover several years.
Please don’t enter an IMEI or serial number. If the screen is broken or you cannot find your model number, contact us for help.
